Candid Outlook: Laki Kane, Islington
After-work drinks are always something I struggle to plan outfits for because there is no time to go home and change. So, a casual office attire which can be spruced up for the evening works perfectly On this occasion, the outfit for the after-work drinks were: A camel coloured basic skirt from Boohoo & a brown snake-print shirt from I Saw It First. The fabric of the skirt is soft, stretchy and not see-through. Girls, we know how some skirts show every line, bump and crease. Not this skirt! I love the colours of both items put together and a black top was worn underneath to make it more work appropriate. Now, where did I go after work drinks?! In the spirit of summer, I was tasked with finding a fun creative bar which was near the city without the city bustle. Laki Kane had been on my radar for a while as its focus is my tipple of choice.
